Join Cosmic Pulse for a powerful afternoon of rhythm, voice, and connection! This month, we’re weaving together the heartbeat of the drum with the magic of community singing, featuring a special collaboration with Beats and Bones Women’s Healing Choir.

* Community Drum Circle – Experience the pulse of the drum in co-created rhythms. Play, move, or simply listen—every presence adds to the beat.
* Call-and-Response Singing – Led by Dara “Shadoe” Heiple and the Beats and Bones Choir, these simple, soulful songs are for all voices—no experience needed.
* Breath & Movement Activation – Start with grounding breathwork, awaken your voice and body, and tap into your natural rhythm.
* Ancestral-Inspired Music – A blend of drumming, singing, and cultural traditions, inspired by Kirtan, Alutiiq and Tsimshian influences, and the wisdom of community song leaders.
* A Safe & Welcoming Space – Whether you come to drum, sing, or simply be present, you belong here.

Dara “Shadoe” Heiple has spent 20 years leading community music experiences, blending the heartbeat of the drum with the power of voice. Rooted in her Alutiiq and Tsimshian heritage, she brings the wisdom of ancestral singing circles back into modern gatherings—where music heals, unites, and empowers.
