Come learn Brazilian drumming!! Whether you're an absolute beginner or want to try a new drum, this 5-week progressive course introduces students to samba instruments, provides fundamental drumming technique and basic rhythms, plus highlights the culture of the Brazilian Samba School. Local instructors Roberto Santos, Juan Megna, Demeteris Hale, and Chris Odusanya will be teaching different techniques and basic styles. Early bird tickets are $60 for non-members before February 5th, then raise to $75. Members can pay a flat $60.
