✨ Embrace Self Love & Care w/ Dr. Vivid: An Intention Setting Workshop ✨
Moving with intention is a powerful act of self-love. Join Dr. Vivid for an evening dedicated to nurturing yourself and cultivating practices that support your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll explore ways to develop affirming beliefs, practice intentional self-care skills, and manifest a life filled with positivity and balance. Through journaling, mindfulness activities, creative expression, and hands-on crafting, let’s honor the importance of self-love, and renewed energy while falling deeper in love with ourselves through purposeful intentions.
We will be creating Intention and Self-Love oils to love on ourselves via aromatherapy and set the reminder to love and honor our bodies.
What to Bring:
Journal (optional): If you have a journal you regularly use, feel free to bring it for any moments of self-reflection you may want to jot down. [Poster board, pens, and markers will be available for use]
All craft materials will be provided to make your creative journey seamless and enjoyable.
Come with an open heart and leave with a renewed sense of direction and beautifully crafted reminders of your intentions. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to continue on their self-love journey with a clear vision and a committed mindset.
