Led by experienced drum circle facilitators, the gathering will flow smoothly with guided rhythms and prompts to inspire creativity and connection. Explore various beats, grooves, and dynamics as you journey through an evening of musical exploration.
Experience the healing power of rhythm as we explore the therapeutic aspects of drumming. Tap into the ancient wisdom of the drum as a tool for relaxation, meditation, and self-expression, fostering a sense of inner peace and well-being.
You can bring your own drum or instrument if you desire, however, there will be few provided instruments and also the use of instrument to create rhythm isn’t the only way, you have a voice and the use of your hands and feet for stomping… there are many ways to participate in this freedom expression to uplift, inspire and radiate joy.
Whether you’re a seasoned percussionist or a curious newcomer no previous experience required, come and step into the circle and become part of the rhythmic tapestry.

Francesca Raffa is Feminine Freedom Healer, a Shamanic Practitioner, Sound Channeller & Feminine Embodiment Coach. She is an accredited Reiki Master in two lineages; Usui & Sekhem, and trauma-informed Sensual Embodiment Facilitator.
