We begin with grounding breathwork to land in the body, then move into a strong, rhythmic yoga flow designed to build heat, connection, and energy. From there, we shift—mats clear, music rises—and you’re invited into a full ecstatic dance experience. No choreography, no judgment—just freedom, release, and expression through sound. 🎧🔥
