About this Event
This class is all about creating space to feel, release, and reset.
If you live an active, outdoor life - climbing, skiing, running trails, pushing your edges - you’re used to being strong and capable. But even the toughest bodies carry stress, pressure, fear, and old emotional experiences that get stored under the surface. Over time, that buildup can show up as tension, self-doubt, mental noise, or feeling stuck when things get hard. That’s where breathwork comes in.
In this guided experience, we’ll use conscious, connected breathing to gently move stored emotions and regulate the nervous system. This isn’t about pushing, it’s about allowing your body to release what it’s been holding so you can return to a more grounded, balanced state.
Breathwork helps you step out of your head and back into your body where real processing, clarity, and resilience live. When your system feels safer and lighter, you move through life and the outdoors with more ease and confidence.
Perfect if you’ve been feeling emotionally heavy, overwhelmed, or ready to let go of the internal blocks holding you back.
What to expect:
• A guided breathwork journey focused on emotional release
• Nervous system regulation practices
• Space to connect inward and clarify what you’re ready to move through
• Time after class for tea, reflection, and community connection
No experience needed — just come as you are, open and curious.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork uses intentional, continuous breathing patterns to move energy and release emotions or trauma that may be stuck in the body. These stuck patterns can cause stress, anxiety, or even physical tension. Through the breath, your body has a natural way to let go, reset, and heal. Breathwork is a powerful tool to reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and create lasting transformation.
**Please review the before booking to make sure breathwork is safe for you at this time. By registering for this class you are agreeing to the terms in the liability waiver.
