SIGN-IN IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
Sign-in opens at 7:00 PM and closes at 7:30 PM sharp. No exceptions.
EVENT POLICY
This is an 18+ event. Valid ID is required. One drink minimum for all attendees.
Weekly competitions run January 7 through February 11.
Finale is February 18.
Each comic performs two sets, each set is 5 to 7 minutes. Different material is encouraged.
Judges and audience votes determine the weekly winner.
Weekly winners automatically advance to the finale and open the following week’s show.
If a weekly winner cannot attend, the runner-up takes their place.
All five weekly winners compete in the finale for $1,000 cash and the Drop the Mic Comedy Champion title.

THE LOTUS CHALLENGE – JUDGES IMPROV ROUND
Judges present fun everyday topics for a live improv round.
KEEP IT LIGHT, KIND, AND CLEVER
NO POLITICS
NO HATE
NO CHEAP SHOTS
OUR STAFF IS COMPLETELY OFF-LIMITS
If any of the above rules are broken, the comic will be disqualified for that round.
Muddy Lotus Tea is about creativity, connection, and good energy.

Performers must be 18 or older.
Each performer receives two 5 to 7 minute sets.
All material must be original.

If your name is called and you are not present, your spot is forfeited.

Comics can workshop material Tuesdays at Act Out with Christy House starting at 7 PM. Open and supportive environment.
