Drop Into Fall Equinox With Movement & Sound Alchemy
Come join us for a magical evening of MIndful Movement w/ Live Musicians, Ecstatic Dance and Sound Alchemy as we welcome the new season! This will take place outside in a STUNNING Cherry Hills backyard, where we will gather to connect, move our bodies, and immerse ourselves in the healing power of sound.

Join us under the radiant light of the Harvest Full Moon for a night of transformation, connection, and deep soul nourishment. As the veil between seasons shifts, we gather to honor the bounty of summer and welcome the grounding energies of autumn with open hearts and wild spirits.
This sacred evening begins with Embodied MoonLyte Yoga, a gentle yet powerful flow designed to awaken your inner harvest—inviting balance, reflection, and intention. As twilight deepens, we ignite our fire within through Ecstatic Dance, moving freely beneath the stars, releasing what no longer serves, and calling in our deepest desires with joy and liberation.
We close the night with a deeply immersive Sound Bath Alchemy, where Shannon will lead Breathwork & Intentions throughout your Quest as instruments like the Didjeridoo, the Medicine Drum, Violin, Midle Eastern Saz & p\Percussion, Gong Bath, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Ancient tones will carry you into a state of blissful stillness. Let the vibrations wash over you, syncing your soul with the rhythms of the Earth and Moon.

What to Bring:
- A yoga mat and blankets, pillows, and all things comfortable to lay down and enjoy a sound bath under the stars
- Water and a journal
