Drop-In Wellbeing Support at Radcliffe-on-Trent Health Centre
No appointment needed - booking is just to let us know you’re coming.
Who for: Adults aged 18+ registered at Radcliffe-on-Trent Health Centre
Come along anytime between 12pm and 2pm to meet your Social Prescriber and find out what support is available locally.
We offer free community wellbeing support for non-medical issues, including:
• Stopping smoking – quick referrals to local support
• Weight management – programmes to help you feel your best
• Talking therapies – support for low mood, anxiety and stress
• Dementia & carer support – guidance, referrals and local services
• Community groups – social support for those feeling isolated
• Benefits information – general guidance (not applications)

This is not a clinical or GP appointment. It’s a relaxed, friendly, community-based drop-in, so feel free to pop by for a chat and see how we can support you.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
