This Mommy & Me Babywearing Dance Drop-In Class is a joyful, low-impact movement experience designed for moms and caregivers who want to move their bodies, connect with others, and enjoy great music — all while keeping their baby close in a carrier.
This drop-in class is the perfect way to try the format before committing to the upcoming 5-Week Mommy & Me Babywearing Dance Series. No dance experience is needed, and breaks and modifications are always encouraged to support postpartum healing and different energy levels.
