About this Event

These classes meet on Mondays from 6:30-8:30pm (Eastern Time), on Jan 5th, Jan 12th, Jan 19th, and Jan 26th. This hybrid event can be attended in-person or online.

This is a 4-week online group program starting on Monday January 5th. Each session of hypnosis (plus extra reinforcement recordings to listen to on your own!) will help you:

Change how you think about food
Be satisfied with smaller amounts
Re-set your eating habits
Choose healthier foods
Be motivated to exercise
Become slimmer easily

This program is NOT a diet (diets don't work). Instead, it involves using hypnotherapeutic techniques to help you reset your subconscious thoughts, reframe your relationship to food, and form new healthy habits you can maintain even long after the program is over. Through this program, you can expect:

No deprivation
Liberation from having to think about food all the time
Loss of 2-4 lbs a week

Can't make all the sessions? No worries, all sessions will be recorded, so if there is a session you can't make, you can re-listen to it anytime! You will also receive a support recording to listen to in your own time.
