Gift yourself the opportunity to experience the beautiful sound of the gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drum, chimes and a variety of other instruments. All you need to do is lay down and let the healing sounds wash over you. The sound and vibration will aid your body to relax and your mind to quieten as your brainwaves ease down into a meditative alpha/theta state - the optimal state for healing and transformation.Some of the many benefits you may experience from the immersion are; balancing the autonomic nervous system to lower stress and anxiety levels, improved sleep, an increase in focus and clarity and a decrease in tension and fatigue and also pain relief.
Mats are provided but you may wish to bring your own for added comfort - please also bring a blanket/throw, pillow or cushion, water to rehydrate and anything else you need to feel comfortable. If laying on the floor is an issue and you are happier sitting
you are welcome to bring a camping chair or equivalent.
The session is 7.15-8.30pm and doors open at 7pm to get your spot and get settled (please don’t arrive too early as I will be setting up but in fairness to others latecomers will not be admitted).
*Please note the sound immersion is not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, anyone with a pacemaker or anyone suffering from sound induced epilepsy or with a very severe mental health diagnosis* (please feel free to reach out to discuss if unsure).
Exchange is £18 per person and payment in advance is requested to secure as spaces are limited - payment by bank transfer preferred (details on request).
