✨ What to Expect
Every other Friday we gather for an immersive sound journey designed to support:
• Deep rest and relaxation
• Emotional release
• Energetic alignment and renewal
Each session features the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other meditative instruments. These soundscapes are thoughtfully attuned to the lunar cycle, helping you align with shifting energies and move into a state of balance, clarity, and peace.
🌿 Who It’s For
This healing is for anyone — whether you’re new to meditation, an experienced practitioner, or joining us after completing a 12-month semester.
⚠️ Please note: if you are sensitive to sound, be aware that instruments such as gongs and bowls will be used.

• A blanket and cushion for comfort
• A journal or notebook to reflect and note your experience
• A water bottle, mug, or anything else that helps you feel safe and held
