We couldn’t let the summer go by without hosting a DRIED PEONY WREATH WORKSHOP!Get your tickets now for this amazing and unique workshop on Sunday August 2nd from 1:30 to 4:00 at the beautiful Kindship Studio in Point Fosdick in Gig Harbor.
Amy (owner of Amytiques) will guide you to handcraft a stunning full hearty round wreath made with your choice of the following all natural dried and /or preserved materials:
-dried peonies in several different colors (pinks, and creams) …. NOTE: you will get AT LEAST 20 dried peonies for your wreath!!!
-dried eucalyptus (many different kinds)
-dried Indian rice grass
-dried white rhodanthe (paper daisies)
-preserved fern leaves in many different colors
-dried agonis
-dried yellow solidago
-more to come
All accoutrements will be provided to you for use during the workshop, including an apron, garden gloves, pruning shears, wire cutters, paddle wire, wreath bases & hot glue guns.
Note: pictures in this post are of peonies that the owner Amy purchased from Etsy and she used them here just so that we could have something to look at while she waits for those peonies (and more) to arrive so that she can create the prototype for the workshop… So stay tuned….
Unfortunately, while we do completely understand that things come up, there will be no refund if you’ve purchased a ticket and have to cancel. You are, however, welcome to give your ticket to somebody else if you’d like. There is also a possibility that we can swap a ticket for this event for a ticket to another event, but you would need to reach out to Amy so that we could discuss that.
