Please join us in the celebration and honouring of the Winter Solstice. In harmony with the cycles of nature we dive into the darkness, dancing our dreams and prayers for the new cycle.
Moving within the transformative maps of the 5Rhythms® we honour what the past year has been for us, and what we may wish to leave behind. In the dance we invite release and presence so that we can arrive in the Stillpoint together to connect with the sacred pause of the Winter Solstice.
We will move in darkness together to open our imagination and hearts to receiving our hopes and dreams for ourselves and our communities.
Live music offered by well known pianist Lori-Ann Speed will support us in our embodied dreaming.
When we emerge from the rich darkness of dreamtime, our senses awaken and orient toward the light. We welcome the seeds of new growth to root down within us and open our hearts to the voice of our longings and desires.
Together we dance as an offering to honour the return of the light.
Please wear black or dark clothing in honour of the Winter Solstice.
