Dreams Unfolded: a Vision Board party
Join us for an exciting (non-Pilates) evening at Taylor & Co. Books in Brooklyn, NY! Get ready to unleash your creativity and manifest your 2024 dreams at our Vision Board party. Grab your friends and come on down to Cortelyou Road for an event that will inspire and motivate you as we prepare for a new chapter!
What to expect:
3:15 pm - Welcome & Icebreakers
- Tay will lead the group through engaging icebreakers and breathwork exercises, setting the tone for a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
3:30 pm - Introduction to Brelixi Infused Elixirs
- Tay will introduce Brelixi (rapid onset elixirs) designed to enhance our "dreaming" experience, containing C(bee)D or T(aych)C and absolutely 0 alcohol.
- Samples wll be provided for everyone to enjoy at the start of the event
3:40 pm - Vision Board Creation Begins
- Guided by Tay and supported by inspiring music, participants will craft their vision boards.
- Tay will facilitate the process, providing guidance and posing reflective questions to encourage thoughtful consideration of personal aspirations.
- Vision board materials include canvas, colorful paper, old newspapers, magazines, markers, glitter glue, stickers, and more to inspire creativity and self-expression. Please feel free to bring additonal materials you might like to use, but NO FREE GLITTER is allowed in the space.
4:40 pm - Sharing & Closing Thoughts
- Optional: Participants can share insights or elements from their vision boards (if comfortable).
- Tay will wrap up the event, encouraging reflection on the experiences and aspirations shared.
Throughout the event, music will set the ambiance, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a creative space while crafting their vision boards and exploring their aspirations.
