What would it look like to practice the world we want to live in — right now?
Join us for an afternoon tea centered on prefiguration: the idea that we can embody our values through everyday practices, relationships, and ways of being together. Instead of waiting for a better future, we live it into existence — through care, cooperation, shared responsibility, and collective joy.
We’ll gather around tea, treats (please bring something to share if you like), and conversation to explore questions like:
- What does it mean to practice solidarity, not just talk about it?
- How do our homes, meals, and relationships reflect the futures we’re trying to build?
- What small, tangible practices help us resist isolation, fear, and paralysis?
