Join Jackie Queally and Fay Johnstone in the garden for an interactive and expansive healing day to get to know the energies of holly and heather on a deeper level.The day will include:
Gentle Qi Gong movements to connect with the Fire element of the season and help ground you into the earth.
You will also experience the power of Biofield Tuning to open you to the frequency of nature and remove blocks from your energy field.
There will be guided in meditation and other practical exercises known as gaia touch to help you connect with the wisdom of plants and deepen your relationship with the natural world. There may even be time to experience a shamanic drumming to help you move into the dreamtime with the plants.
It will be an immersive day of relaxation, healing, rejuvenation and discovery.
Please bring something to share for lunch.

About your facilitators
Fay is a teacher of Creative Shamanism, Qi Gong, Plant Medicine and Reiki Healing with over 25 years experience. She is the author of three books including: Plants that Speak Souls that Sing: Transform your Life with the spirit of plants. Her work helps to reconnect us to the supportive energies of the natural world and reawaken our true nature.
Jackie has led nature workshops in Ireland and Nova Scotia over many years, helping people tune into trees and the landscape they live in.She uses sound and movement to develop their wider senses.As an author of nine books including Reconnecting with Celtic Trees she has enjoyed working as one of Europe's few Biofield Tuners for the past 8 years. Earlier she had her own tour company visiting sacred sites where people learnt to dowse ley lines and explore their innate sense of connection with the sites.
