In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to craft your own personalized sachet using a variety of natural materials. There will be a short introduction to the history and properties of sleep-supporting herbs all the necessary crafting materials, and clear, step-by-step assembly instructions.
You will be guided through a visualization and journaling exercise to focus on your personal goals and intentions for the sachet, such as "restful sleep" or "vivid, happy dreams".
Place the completed sachet under your pillow or near your bed. Gently knead or crush the sachet between your fingers before sleeping to release more of the scent.
The cost is $30, you must sign up and pay in advance.
