A Community Wellness Event in Honor of Hypertension Awareness Month
iD.A.Y.dream and Healthy Heart Nation present the Dream From the Heart Walk, a free community wellness event dedicated to promoting heart health, awareness, and family engagement.
In recognition of Hypertension Awareness Month, this event brings together youth, families, and community members for a day focused on movement, mindfulness, education, and healthy living.
High blood pressure is often referred to as the “silent killer,” affecting nearly 1 in 2 adults in the United States, often without noticeable symptoms. The Dream From the Heart Walk aims to raise awareness, provide accessible health resources, and empower the community with simple steps to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Join us for a meaningful afternoon filled with learning, movement, and connection as we take steps together toward better heart health.

iD.A.Y.dream (Interactive Developing Aspiring Youth) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through leadership development, mentorship, and community engagement. Founded in 2016 by Brandi Day, the organization provides programs and initiatives that inspire young people to dream big and become leaders in their communities.

Healthy Heart Nation is committed to advancing heart health awareness and prevention through education, community outreach, and accessible wellness initiatives that empower individuals to take control of their cardiovascular health.
