You will mindfully create a sacred geometry painting (or mandala) on canvas, with intention and heart energy that will hold within it (like alchemy) your personal visualization and intention.
Join us in a powerful workshop as we open our hearts with this ancient practice connecting to our creative source and develop tools to shift energy while creating beautiful geometric forms.
In this workshop, we will begin with a beautiful sound bowl meditation by Karla Sikora.
