BUT...
Thanks to modern technology, your navigation program will ALMOST get you to the West Sacramento Community Center. However the West Capitol Ave address won't get you to the parking lot or the entrance to the building.
The West Sacramento Community Center and the Black Box Theater can only be accessed through the Turner Public Library parking lot entrance on Merkley Ave.

When you are in the parking lot, keep right until you see the blue and orange 3-story building. That's the WS Community Center and the Black Box Theater is upstairs.
