Park in the Macy's Parking Garage or the North Parking Garage (located off Biscayne Blvd near Nordstrom).

• Friday, Feb 27: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, Feb 28: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday, March 1: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Line Queues

There are two separate lines. You may choose one line at a time:

• Retail Line - Wristbands will be given while in line. 1 wristband per person. Guests without a wristband will be asked to return to the end of line.
• Giveaway Line - Wristbands will be given while in line. 1 wristband per person. Guests without a wristband will be asked to return to the end of line.
• Due to the volume of guests and limited supplies, the line may close prior to the end of each event day.

⚠️ Arrive early! Weekend crowds and lines are expected. Plan to be oustside while waiting in line.
🪑 Consider bringing a small folding stool if you plan to queue.
💧 Stay hydrated and pace yourself while exploring the experience.
