⭐Welcome to our community for writers in Brno! Whether you're writing a book, a poem, a thesis, music, code, or any other writing project, we welcome you!
😉We know that a fixed schedule and community support can be very beneficial for writing and making progress. That's why we created this space for gathering and focusing on our projects for 1 hour per week (keep in mind that this is not a space for giving or receiving unsolicited advice; however, you may find here the inspiration you need!). So:
📅📍Join us now at KOČKAFÉ SCHRÖDINGER (Dominikánské nám. 5, 602 00 Brno-střed) every Tuesday at 18:00 for a one-hour weekly writing session (although you can arrive from 17:30 onwards). A big space will be reserved and properly identified (if you're late, don't worry, just come and join us 😉).
⏳Structure of Our Meetings:
-- 17:30, Intros: You can arrive this early if you want, to get to know fellow drafters, discuss projects, or perhaps just chat (don't worry, you're not obligated to share information about yourself or your projects if you don't want to).
-- 18:00, Drafting Session: With your laptop prepared and some headphones (and with some drink or coffee from Kočkafé Schrödinger), immerse yourself in the craft of writing. IMPORTANT: we will maintain silence for one hour to focus on our work.
-- 19:00, Post-Draft Socialization: If you want to stay at the place a little longer, we can chat, share progress, or perhaps seek feedback (you may even want to continue writing!).
