Tan Sri Dzulkifli Abdul Razak
Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dzulkifli Abdul Razak is a distinguished pharmacist and pharmacologist recognized for his leadership in global public health and higher education.
As the Founder Director of the National Poison Centre and former Rector of IIUM and Vice-Chancellor of USM, he pioneered the holistic "Sejahtera" philosophy and "Healthy Campus" initiatives. His international influence spans roles as a WHO consultant and President of the International Association of Universities. A National Academic Laureate, he was the first Malaysian to receive the prestigious Olle Hanson Award.
