Dr. Stephen Swistak Memorial Golf Classic 2026 AnnouncementWe are excited to announce that we are once again planning the Dr. Stephen Swistak Memorial Golf Classic. This annual event continues to honor Dr. Swistak's legacy while bringing together community members for a day of fun, competition, and remembrance.
Event Venue
This year, we have decided to return to the origins of the Golf Classic by hosting the event at Timber Trace Golf Course in Pinckney, Michigan. The course, now under new ownership, has undergone significant updates and improvements, offering an enhanced experience and an "Up North" atmosphere on a truly beautiful course.
Catering
We are also bringing back our original caterer, known for providing a spectacular display of dining cuisine. Attendees can look forward to an exceptional meal as part of the event experience.
Activities and Changes
The planning committee has made the decision to eliminate the silent auction this year. In its place, we will feature a slightly expanded raffle, giving participants additional chances to win exciting prizes throughout the day.
Date and Additional Information
The Dr. Stephen Swistak Memorial Golf Classic will take place on July 25, 2026. In addition, we are considering changes to our awards nominations process and exploring opportunities to make donations to youth sports organizations.
