About this Event
Join us for Dr. St. Elmo Brady’s Slime Science Lab, a hands on science experience inspired by Dr. Brady, one of the first African American chemists in the U.S. and a champion for making science fun and accessible for all.
Young participants will become junior chemists as they experiment with slime making through mixing observing and testing chemical reactions. Children will explore stretch drip and bounce tests while learning that curiosity experimentation and creativity matter more than perfection. This interactive lab celebrates the idea that chemistry is for everyone and every junior chemist will leave with their own slime creation and a fun award recognizing their excellence in science.
