About this Event
A guided, partner-assisted stretching class designed to improve lower-body mobility, posture, and recovery. This session focuses on releasing tight hips, quads, hamstrings, calves, and lower back while helping reset posture through neck and chest opening. You’ll work with a partner (switching roles halfway) to safely deepen stretches using controlled pressure, proper positioning, and breathwork. Perfect for lifters, athletes, desk workers, and anyone feeling stiff or tight.
