Dr. Seuss and the Symphony is all-inclusive and will include an ASL interpreter along with other sensory tools to help you enjoy the show! Journey on a playful musical adventure as the beloved stories of Dr. Seuss spring to life on stage. This vibrant, family-friendly concert is a wonderful way to introduce young audiences to the magic of live performance. Before the concert, enjoy reading the featured books — Green Eggs and Ham and The Sneetches — available at your local library. You can also explore The Symphony Goes to the Zoo, written by Toledo Symphony musician Aaron Keaster with music composed by Toledo Symphony musician Bill McDevitt.
Pre-concert activities will be available from 12:30-2:30PM, and there will also be a Q&A session with Toledo Symphony Orchestra musicians after the performance. More details can be found at liveartstoledo.com.
