Identity Preparatory Academy Presents: An Evening Conversation with Dr. Monique Couvson
Join Identity Preparatory Academy for a powerful and inspiring evening as we welcome Dr. Monique Couvson to Omaha. Dr. Couvson is an internationally recognized author, educator, and advocate, known for her influential books Pushout and Girls, Unlimited, and for her work to ensure Black girls are seen, valued, and empowered in education.
As Identity Preparatory Academy prepares to open as a first-of-its-kind school for girls in Omaha, Dr. Couvson is visiting to stand with and support this historic effort. Inspired by the school’s mission and the intentional spaces being created for girls in North Omaha, her visit reflects a shared commitment to affirming the brilliance of girls in our community.
