Plan to join the City of Oviedo and OCIA (Oviedo Citizens in Action) for the annual Dr. MLK Jr. festivities honoring his tremendous legacy! The parade will start from OHS (Oviedo High School) at 10am then ends at CenterLakePark. Then the celebration & program portion will immediately begin (at approximately 11am).
