About this Event
Sixty-two years after their inception, the Rolling Stones have earned the mantle of "The World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band." Their classic songs, from "Satisfaction" to "Jumpin' Jack Flash," "Paint It, Black," "Start Me Up" and many more have assured their place in history. Dr. Mike Daley Presents: The Rolling Stones Story is an informative and entertaining lecture-concert that follows the evolution of the group from their early days in England through their international breakthrough in 1965, to their present status as the elder statesmen of rock and roll. Performing alongside Mike on guitar and vocals is singer/bassist Greg Wyard (The Band Story, Paul Simon Story), guitarist Dean Drouillard (Van Morrison Story), drummer Adam Warner (The Monkees Story, The Band Story) and violinist/pianist Jill Daley (all shows).
The latest in a monthly series that has included sold-out lecture-concerts on Paul Simon, the Beatles, Tina Turner and Gordon Lightfoot, Dr. Mike Daley Presents: The Rolling Stones Story is a must-see for any music fan.
