About the book: Parenting isn't about being perfect-it's about being present, intentional, and willing to heal. In Parenting on Purpose: Raise Badass Humans by Becoming One Yourself, Dr. Luz Casquejo Johnston brings together neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, and decades of experience to guide parents through the work of creating connected families and breaking generational cycles.
If you've ever wondered how to parent with love and boundaries, while also caring for your own nervous system and inner child, this book is for you. Drawing on positive discipline, healing childhood wounds, and conscious parenting strategies, Dr. Luz shows you how to transform everyday struggles into opportunities for empowerment and growth-for both you and your kids.
Inside you'll discover:
Practical tools from trauma-informed parenting to help you regulate emotions and respond instead of react.
How to apply neuroscience and self-compassion to parenting challenges. Steps to break generational cycles and create a legacy of love.
The courage to see parenting not as a role, but as a profound opportunity to live with purpose.
Parenting on Purpose is more than a book-it's a movement for conscious moms and dads who are ready to lead their families with clarity, connection, and confidence. Whether you're seeking gentle parenting strategies, positive discipline tools, or a reminder that you're not alone in this journey, you'll find support and inspiration here.
Your kids don't need a perfect parent. They need you-whole, healed, and fully present.
