Creative Scotland Award winning sax and clarinet wizard Dick Lee brings his seven piece band Dr. Lee's Prescription to the The Wash House again, featuring his tuneful prize-winning compositions.
Winner of the BBC Radio 2 National Big Band Competition with Dick Lee's Chamber Jazz, Dick has delighted audiences throughout Scotland and around the world with his agile and melodic playing since the early 1980s with groups such as Bechet Nouveau, the Dick Lee Swingtet and the No No Nonet. Also, with forays into traditional music with John Renbourn, piper Hamish Moore and accordionist David Vernon, and any other style of music that comes along :-)
