This session is only available to families who live within EH6/EH7 and must have at least one child under 6 years old.

The new year invites us to pause, reflect and set intentions for the path ahead. This circle offers a supportive space to consider what you’d like to welcome more of in 2026 and how to step into the year with clarity, balance and self-compassion.

Together we’ll share, journal and ground ourselves in practices that help us align with what truly matters, leaving behind the pressure of resolutions and embracing intentions that feel nourishing and achievable.

? Dinner will be provided — enjoy a warm, nourishing meal
? Children are welcome — space will be available for little ones, though we kindly ask that you remain responsible for their care during the circle.
