About this Event
This session is only available to families who live within EH6/EH7 and must have at least one child under 6 years old.
How do we find our voice, say what we mean, and set boundaries with compassion? In this circle, we’ll explore the ways communication and boundaries shape our relationships with ourselves and others.
This is not a facilitated workshop but rather a safe, supportive space to share experiences, listen to one another, and offer gentle encouragement. We’ll come together in community, holding space for honesty, reflection, and the real-life challenges we face.

🍲 Dinner will be provided — enjoy a warm, nourishing meal
👶 Children are welcome — space will be available for little ones, though we kindly ask that you remain responsible for their care during the circle.
Together, we’ll honour the importance of speaking our truth, setting boundaries that serve us, and supporting one another in the process.
