About this Event
When Kaveh Zamanian started the Rabbit Hole Distillery, he was driven to create a brand from scratch built on a sheer personal passion for the culture of whiskey.
In this seated tasting, Zamanian himself will guide our guests through a cross section of his distillery’s best bottles and share his passion for creating modern whiskeys.
Expect to sample:
Rabbit Hole Cavehill - Developed in toasted and charred barrels, this four grain triple malt bourbon hits the palate with honey, mint and creamy orange and a vanilla/custard finish.
Rabbit Hole Dareringer - Inspired by Zamanian's wife, Heather, Dareringer is meant to be sweet with a little kiss of spice. Expect a palate of raisins and currants with hints of almond and vanilla.
Rabbit Hole Heigold - A high-rye, double malt, this bottle pays tribute to stone mason, Christian Heigold, whose work remains famous in Louisville. This bottle starts with silky butterscotch and bright citrun but finishes with peppery spice.
Rabbit Hole Boxergrail - Boxing has a rich history in Kentucky and this bottle offers a nod to that local boxing culture. With flavours of citrus and black tea, this rye offers a balance of sweet and spice.
This is event is perfect for both the seasoned bourbon afficionado but also for anyone getting started in appreciating bourbon and would like to experience some premium options for a first time.
