Let’s kick off summer and Father’s Day weekend with a quick little tournament for fun. One of my favorite formats, and maybe yours too. Come for the WPPRs, the cash, practice for TMCPC’s, or maybe just to hang out with your friends and play pinball for fun, win or lose 😊
Pre-registration will start Saturday May 30 at Noon.

Doors open at Noon for practice, tournament starts at 12:30pm.
The tournament will be Target Matchplay on the classics machines. 3,2,1,0 scoring based on finishing position each round. Once a player hits the target score, they will make the playoffs and stop playing. Qualification will continue until 16 players reach the target. If more than 48 players enter the tournament, play will end when 24 players reach the target to qualify for playoffs with the first 8 receiving a bye. Tie breakers as needed. Playoffs will be a standard 4 player group Matchplay format.
Entry fee is $25.
Breakdown is $20 to prize pool, $4 for tech fees (Eden) and $1 to IFPA.

Actual percentages and payouts will be slightly adjusted to convenient dollar amounts to make easy payout numbers.
Bring your own water bottle, cooler, and lawn chair.
Dog friendly! Large fenced backyard if you need to bring your dog. Please no hole diggers.
First aid attendant on site will be my partner Brittany.
Starting with this tournament and all future ones food bank donations will be collected for the Maple Ridge Food Bank. Please help out if you can. No judgment or pressure to do so. Any cash donations I will match.

Please note as this is a private residence and we would love to continue doing tournaments... there will be ZERO tolerance for any abuse towards the games, the home, other players and the TDs. Further, for anyone planning to get drunk, please don’t or we will ask you to leave without refund.
Full discretion, 3 tickets from the event will be set aside for the hosts and organizers so only 61 left!!! Start the FOMO 😂

How many WPPRs might this be worth?:
- Last time I ran it there was just over 40 WPPRs for first with a few more than 40 players entering.
How long do you think it will take?:
- Qualifying rounds should be done about 5pm. Quick 30 minute or so dinner break then playoffs which should run until 9-10pm, best guesstimate.
Can I play the classic games in between rounds?:
- Yes but please be mindful of live tournament games. After qualifying ends so does free play.
Can I play Congo?
- NO 😝
