About this Event
Learn how to make your very own boozy infusion while enjoying light bites from Chef James Gee. We will teach you about the history of spirits, and you will sample examples of each. Chef will do a presentation about ingredients and flavor pairings, and then you will have the chance to create your own unique infusion!

• Do I have to be 21 to participate?
Yes
• Can I take my infusion home with me?
Yes, you have the option of either taking it with you or storing it in our “secret bar” where you can access it anytime that you are in Dovetail.
• How do I access my bottle if I decide to store it here?
If you decide to store your bottle with us: you create a secret numerical code known only to you, this will be stamped in wax on your bottle, and you will receive a token containing the same number. Whenever you visit the restaurant, you can give this token to your server or bartender, and have the infusion prepared neat, on the rocks, or as a cocktail.
• Is there a cost associated with any drink I get made at Dovetail with it?
There will be a small cost associated with having drinks made with your infusion, should you store it with us. $3 to enjoy it neat or on the rocks, and the cost of having a cocktail made with it will vary depending on your choice of ingredients.
• Can someone else access my bottle?
For safety and security purposes we ask that you not share your access card with anyone else. Should you decide to do so, anyone entering the restaurant with your card will have access to the bottle.
