Doulas Between Births: The Birthworker Renewal

This workshop is for doulas and birthworkers who want practical tools to support recovery after births, regulate their nervous systems, and tend to their pelvic floor and physical wellbeing

You’ll learn practical, body-based recovery tools to help you rest, regulate, and restore after supporting a birth, including time-flexible recovery rituals, somatic movement, and pelvic floor care you can integrate into real life as a birthworker.
