Doula Circle - January 2026

With the times, it feels only right to create an intentional space to share and be supported. Our plant ally of the month is Hawthorn. A tincture will be available to share. We will open with introductions, I'll share a bit about Hawthorn, and then head into a group sharing circle. Please bring a journal and pen. There will be loose leaf tea and cacao for purchase from Nalu!

What is this space? A monthly restorative space where we can collectively put down the weight of the work we do together. Each month is different with locations, programming, crafts, speakers, and more.
Why do I hold these? As an independent working Doula, cultivating community has always been essential to me. We need each other - this is not work we should do alone. Thank you for being here.
