Are you ready to elevate your culinary skills and embark on a delicious journey into the world of pasta? Join us for an unforgettable experience in our DOUGH TO DISH Pasta Making Class, where you'll learn the art of crafting perfect orecchiette pasta from scratch.
What to Expect:
In this hands-on class, our skilled chef will guide you through the step-by-step process of creating orecchiette style pasta from scratch, accompanied by a glass of our award-winning THL wine on arrival. From making the perfect dough to mastering the art of shaping and cooking, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to impress all of your foodie friends.
You will then get to enjoy your marvellous creation paired with our homemade sauce for dinner at the Restaurant, taking home the left over pasta to enjoy with your friends and family. Dessert and other beverages will also be available to purchase if you want to make an evening out of it!

When: Friday 13th September, 6pm, dinner to follow
Tickets: $62 per person. Limited seats available. Tickets available to purchase online only. Includes a glass of our award-winning Hunting Lodge wine, dinner, and fresh pasta to take home.
Dessert and other beverages will also be available to purchase from the Restauranr if you want to make an evening out of it!
