Let’s get curious, creative, and a little bit playful with pole fabrics.
This workshop is all about exploring movement with a sense of fun and freedom, using pole fabrics to support spins, wraps, moves and transitions. You’ll experiment with playful pathways, different ways to use the fabric with the pole, and creative shapes — discovering new ways to move without pressure to “get it right”.
Expect laughter, exploration, and encouragement in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. This workshop is a chance to move, experiment, and enjoy the feeling of being supported by the fabric.
