WHAT'S A DOSA?
Imagine a large crispy pancake, packed full of your favourite Babajis curry. This is no ordinary pancake! It's made from fermented urid daal and idli rice and so is totally GF, light and pretty good for you.
All our dosas come with a side of chimmanthi (coconut chutney) and sambar vegetable daal for some dipping action.
GUEST DOSAS ON THE MENU:
Sunshine dosa - With butternut pumpkin, coconut with mild spice, mint chutney & tomato chutney
Green goddess dosa - With smashed paneer, spinach, fresh red onion, fresh tomato, cheese with mint chutney & tomato chutney.
Upside down pineapple dosa / utthapam style - caramalised jaggery pineapple with glaced cherries. Served with vanilla ice cream.
OR CHOOSE A BABAJIS FAVOURITE:
Masala dosa - filled with potato & pea curry
Mysore dosa - with house made chilli paste & potato / pea curry
Cheese dosa - filled with cheddar cheese
Chicken Chettinad dosa - Chicken with peppercorns. fragrant spices, mustard seeds, curry leaves and coconut.
Butter Chicken dosa - Chicken with tomato, cream and cashews. Everyone's favourite.
Kerala Beef dosa - Slow cooked beef with coriander, black pepper, star anise, cloves, ginger, onion, garlic.
South Indian Lamb dosa - Slow cooked leg of lamb, simmered in cashew cream, tomato, onion, ginger, garlic & Kerala spices.
