DYD is a county-wide youth dance company offering high quality dance experiences, for young people who have a real passion and enthusiasm for dance and want to take that extra leap in training.What to expect from class:
DYD Juniors members (ages 7-11yrs) can expect to learn contemporary dance through creative exercises, preparing the young people for the more technical training of the Seniors class.
DYD classes run out of YMCA Dorchester, Sawmills Lane, DT1 2RZ, taking place on Sundays. Term fees are indicated below, DYD can offer a limited number of bursaries to support dancers to attend class.
Term details:
Time: 10am-11am
Dates: Sunday 21st April - Sunday 7th July 2024 (no classes on Sunday 12th May, Sunday 26th May and Sunday 2nd June 2024).
Fee: £50 per term
How to book your spot:
This term is a great time to give DYD a go. The full term is open to new dancers, who can try 1 class of DYD for free and see if it's up their street, before committing. Our Juniors class has limited spaces available.
