Guided tours start promptly on the date of your booking and must be booked in advance, they run for about an hour. Our volunteer guides come in specially to lead these tours, so please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend.

If you would like to visit our café, you are welcome to do so at the end of your tour.

You can book for up to six people.

What if I am running late?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. Guided tours start promptly at 11, so please do try to be punctual, but you can join the tour already in progress if you are a few minutes late.

I have booked a timed slot and I’m now unable to visit. What shall I do?

If you, or anyone in your group is feeling unwell or has been in contact with someone with symptoms of Covid-19 please do not visit. You can cancel your booking by emailing [email protected] or by logging into your Eventbrite account.

What facilities will be open?

There are toilets available onsite. Our shop is open. Our café is open and serving a selection of cakes, tea, and coffee. We accept card and cash payments.

Is there somewhere to store my bike during a visit?

We have bike racks adjacent to the museum available for parking your bike while visiting.
