Join us for an energising, practical workshop exploring how dopamine influences motivation, why habits form, and how to break the ones that hold you back.

Through interactive activities, discussion, and guided techniques, you'll learn, what dopamine really is and how it affects motivation, why certain habits are hard to break (and how to make it easier), how to create motivation-boosting routines that feel good and sustainable. As well as simple, somatic strategies to calm the nervous system and reduce stress

Workshop Programme:

  • How dopamine impacts your focus, energy & brain
  • What really drives (and blocks) motivation
  • Pleasure, reward and motivation and how to harness motivation
  • Tools to break unhelpful habits & build better ones
  • Simple techniques to begin to break habits and patterns
  • The role of stress and trauma in keeping you on repeat
  • Somatic and compassionate techniques to support your journey

Meet the Coach!

Faraday Fearnside is a UK‑based coach, mentor, specialist tutor, and trainer hailing from Plymouth, England.

She brings nearly 15 years experience of coaching others to transform their personal or working lives, she has worked with business and self-employed individuals, workplace employees and managers, neurodivergent individuals, those with stress or background trauma, and those looking to simply regain confidence and direction.

Faraday is qualified teacher and coach with a Post Grad in Teaching and a Post Grad in Coaching and Mentoring as well as various CPD in trauma, stress, and mental health and well-being.

She also have a Level 2 in Breathwork and is currently completing her training as an EFT* (also known as tapping) practitioner.

She recognises how hard it is to break habits and create new patterns having broken many unhealthy and negative patterns on her healing journey over the last 12 years!

Neuro‑divergent and trauma-aware coaching: She specialises in helping people move through resistance with compassion, recognising the role of nervous system responses in everyday challenges, not simply mindset.

Holistic development: Faraday's background also includes mentoring on employability, tutoring, motivational speaking, and training; all with a focus on emotional safety and personal growth.
