From March 16–30, the DoorDash Spring Staycation Suite will be a fully curated, comfort-first escape designed for rest, recharging, and ordering in. Think plush robes, cozy slippers,slow mornings and late-night cravings handled.

How it works:
- A total of fourteen (14) separate one-night stays at Hotel Arts in Calgary are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each confirmed booking entitles one (1) eligible individual to a one-night stay. Rooms are double occupancy, and the confirmed recipient may bring up to one (1) guest.
- Select your one night stay from March 16-30. When booking, select the check-in date you would like.
- DoorDash will review requests on a first come, first served basis.
- If selected, you will receive a follow up order form to complete booking.
Terms and Conditions
DoorDash Spring Staycation - Booking Terms and Conditions
In addition to the terms for bookings at the Hotel Arts, THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY FOR THE DOORDASH SPRING STAYCATION BOOKING OFFER (the “Offer”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Booking requests shall be confirmed on a first come, first served basis based on the date and time the initial booking request is submitted through the official Eventbrite page, as reflected in Sponsor’s official timestamp records. The booking request can only be booked for (1) night. Completing a booking request does not guarantee booking. Limit one (1) booking request per person per email address during the booking period.
You must be a legal resident of Canada and eighteen (18) years of age or older to book this Offer. Furthermore, you cannot be an employee (or an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child or sibling or respective spouse, regardless of where you reside) or household member (whether or not related) of an employee of DoorDash Technologies Canada, Inc. (“DoorDash”) , Hotel Arts, or any other organizations affiliated with the fulfillment, administration, booking support, or advertisement of this promotion to claim the Offer.
Fourteen (14) one-night stays are available. Each stay includes: (i) one (1) complimentary one-night stay at Hotel Arts, and (ii) one (1) DoorDash gift card valued at CAD $300. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each one-night stay is CAD $**. Total ARV of all stay packages is: CAD $6,771.94.

Once a booking request is provisionally accepted, subject to verification in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you will be contacted by a representative of Ruckus Digital, DoorDash’s designated promotional agency, via the email address provided at time of booking. You will also be asked to provide the email for each attendee in your party. You will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the first notification to respond via email or the booking will be automatically forfeited. To complete the booking process, you understand and agree that you, and all individuals in your group, may be required to complete an identity verification process and a limited background screening. In compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, for the sole purpose of protecting the safety and integrity of the experience. Any such screening will be proportionate to the nature of the Offer and limited to relevant criminal conviction records. Failure to provide required consent may result in cancellation of the booking. Personal information collected for this purpose will be handled in accordance with DoorDash’s Privacy Policy. If requested, the potential winner agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information, as well as a publicity release. Booking will not be confirmed until all such properly executed forms are returned, and verification is complete.
By accepting a booking offer, you agree:
- No children under the age of twelve (12) will visit or stay in the DoorDash Spring Staycation room.
- No pets will visit or stay in the DoorDash Spring Staycation room.
- The maximum number of guests is two (2) per booking at the DoorDash Spring Staycation room. There may be no more than two (2) people in the DoorDash Spring Staycation room at any time.
- The booking offer includes only the one-night stay at Hotel Arts. No other costs or fees are included. Recipient will be solely responsible for travel, meals, gratuities, taxes (if applicable), and any other expenses related to the stay.
- Selected attendees must provide a valid credit card at check-in at Hotel Arts. This credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit to cover any incidentals, damages, or additional charges incurred during the stay. By participating in this experience, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any damages to the property, amenities, or furnishings caused by your actions or negligence. If any such damages occur, the cost of repairs or replacements may be charged to the provided credit card. Failure to present a valid credit card may result in denial of participation in the experience.
Acceptance of booking constitutes your permission for DoorDash, Ruckus Digital, Hotel Arts, and its designees to use your name, city of residence, and photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and province) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. For clarification, you understand that by posting and tagging @doordash_ca (Instagram), you give DoorDash/Ruckus Digital permission to reshare your content to their social channels. Your guest(s) must consent to same and may be required to complete a publicity release prior to booking.
By claiming booking, individuals unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions along with the decisions of DoorDash and Hotel Arts, which shall be final and binding in all respects. You also agree to release and hold harmless DoorDash, Ruckus Digital, and their employees, officers, directors and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of injury, losses, or damage of any kind to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your booking, including, but not limited to travel to/from the property. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms for booking at Hotel Arts, these Terms and Conditions shall govern. Void where prohibited. Hotel Arts Guestroom Check-in/Check-Out Times
The Hotel’s check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Early check-ins are considered a special request and cannot be guaranteed until the morning of arrival. Guest check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out charges will apply unless prior authorization for extended check-out is approved by the Hotel.
**PLEASE NOTE: Only registered guests are permitted in the room after 11:00 pm. All non-registered guests may be asked to leave the hotel/hallways. Please be considerate of guests seeking quiet enjoyment and keep noise to a minimum. Noise issues that cannot be resolved are subject to eviction.
