Let’s play! Join us on a FUN journey where doodling transforms into a playful mindfulness adventure!
Step into creative exploration where we will play with colours and shapes as you make your marks of self expression and discovery. Together we will go through various themes and even use doodling to assist with problem solving. All skill levels are welcome as we dive into this mental wellness escapade.
Art supplies (pencil crayons, markers and paper) will be provided. Or bring your own mark making supplies if you like.
Feel free to support Waves Cafe by purchasing a beverage and/or treat before we begin the session.
