About this Event
Doodle Into Calm is a gentle guided drawing session designed to soothe the mind, release tension, and help you refocus to the present. Through simple lines, shapes, and flowing patterns, you’ll experience how small creative actions can create a surprisingly deep sense of relaxation and clarity.
You don’t need artistic skill — only a willingness to slow down and get creative.
What You’ll Experience
In this calm setting, we’ll explore mindful mark-making through a series of easy, flowing exercises before creating your own personal doodle artwork.
The session is designed to support:
- stress reduction and mental quiet
- improved focus and clarity
- emotional grounding
- creative flow and mood uplift
- a gentle mental reset
Much like movement, meditation, breathwork, or the holistic treatments you may enjoy at the spa, creativity can become part of a balanced wellbeing routine — settling the mind while allowing space to restore and rebalance.
Your Take-Home Ritual
You’ll leave with a beautifully sized personal doodling notebook so you can continue this calming practice wherever you are — at home, travelling, or during moments you need to pause and reset.
As part of the experience, you’ll also receive a small gift as a keepsake of your experience— a thoughtful reminder to make space for calm in your everyday life.
All materials are provided during the session, so you can simply arrive, unwind, and enjoy.
Who This Is For
Perfect for anyone who enjoys wellness activities — whether you visit the spa for relaxation, fitness, or holistic therapies — and would like to experience a deeply calming creative practice alongside them.
No expectations. No pressure.
Just a quiet space to breathe, draw, and feel restored.
Spaces are limited — booking recommended.

About Me
I am a full time artist based in the East Midlands. I have a real passion for creativity and produce original paintings that I sell. My other passion and interest is finding ways to help manage wellbeing and the creative avenues we can adopt to support this. After studying Art Therapy, I became particularly interested in the art of Doodling. These simple yet affective exercises have huge benefits.
